The navigation on the site ok, customer service ok, but the delivery with problems for saying that the street number was missing on the package, when it had it on it. I don't understand it.

My son is getting close to finishing this model- only a few decals left, and he's already eyeing the next model. We'll definitely order again. Easy ordering, rather quick delivery despite the trip across tnr Atlantic, and arrived in good order (well-packaged & informative tracking). Thank you!

Easy to navigate. Delivery times too long. Your competitor rue des maquettes delivers in less than 6 days. I've still had an order pending with you for nearly 3 weeks. Please specify product availability more clearly.

I ordered a boxed set of HAT soldiers, for the second time. The not very good separate indication for different scales, made me order and receive a box that is not the one I was looking for. Otherwise, very good

Site navigation is sometimes a little counter-intuitive. Selection is very good, pricing is reasonable. Shipping speed is good, especially on trans-Atlantic shipments. I would like to be able to place wishlist orders for out-of-stock items so that when they become available again, I don't have to run the risk of missing them, since items seem to come and go very quickly. Sending an email notice would be a big help in this regard. I've also noticed that once in a while, the picture and the description of an item don't always match, but considering the size of the inventory available, it is not a real problem. In fact, sometimes it's amusing. 1001 Hobbies does a good job of replacing the old brick-and-mortar hobby shop and the masses of line catalogues with a single stop for the serious modeler.
