Response from 1001hobbies
Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding shipping costs. Unfortunately, we can't ship for less, as these rates don't depend on weight but on the size of the envelope. Company rates are often higher than those for private customers. Thank you for your understanding, Laure

Hello, I've placed several orders, and except for the last one (colissimo), the delivery was pitiful. I pay for a home delivery, the carrier drops everything at the relay point without warning 6 km from home. As for customer service, they're super attentive, find solutions for you and are super friendly. On the downside, the metal grey ordered doesn't match at all. Otherwise, thank you, I recommend

It’s a very nice . It seems to be made extremely well. It was just a little larger than anticipated. Otherwise it was fine. Did take a while to get it though..

Small problem with an article RX Gyro C400 module ref: Z7161069 which should be the ref: Z7061069 for error, otherwise for the rest my articles are correct! Sincerely.

a good experience but some services need to be improved. I'm happy to find what I'm looking for on this site, but I regret the sharp increase in prices, hoping it's not due to the loyalty card.

Dynamic team always ready to help out or to help the customer. However, delivery times are sometimes very long. The catalog is complete and up to date (except sometimes for the stock actually available). To be recommended, online sales are perfect.

Good product and choice, but the delivery time should be shortened, given the costs involved, or rather the preparation time... Once the parcel has left, you are informed of all the steps involved.

Easy to order, shipped on time. On the other hand, the product packaging should be reviewed, lack of protection, box directly in carton.
