Everything perfect thanks

Good box I recommend, lots of choice

Fine but everything could be better

I would like to use your request to reiterate my dissatisfaction with a subsequent order. for this order nothing to say that allows me to realize my diorama but that I will have to put it at the stop, indeed I made a complement registered under the number B00VGISMD (1 tank and paintings) to finalize my work that I must offer to a friend, however, when I opened my parcel, the contents didn't correspond to my order (3 planes and decalco), so I called customer service, sent an e-mail with photos, and expressed my dissatisfaction in the satisfaction survey - to date, no return! in view of the non-returns on your part I don't see why you should tackle the problem because if it's like my previous intervention I wouldn't have any returns, all I'm asking is to receive my initial order and return the wrong parcel to you.

Fast and efficient delivery, very satisfactory

the car has had a steering problem where the front tires never line up, even when you use the trim on the remote control

Perfect as usual

On-time delivery Beautiful 3D wooden puzzle

parcel received quickly, well packaged. Very good.

Very good.

Easy to visit. Fast delivery. Only problem: the deliveryman wanted to leave the parcel in front of the door. This is a limitation given the price of the order.

Very well done, eskerrikasko

Attractive prices, fast delivery, I recommend and will recommend again... Thank you and see you soon.

Delivery really long and without news except for the fact that my package arrived ...

The delivery time was quite long. But the goods are in perfect condition and therefore the waiting time is worth it. Great products! I will gladly order again.

Nothing to complain about. The site is easy to access and orders easy to place. Very satisfied with the site as always.

Good, reliable company with with wide range of products

Not delivered on time...

I expected the shipment in shorter time but apart from this small detail from order to delivery everything was perfect

The product took a long time to arrive; I asked for another product which arrived well after Christmas.

Always good. Thank you

Good trade, fast shipping and everything perfect.

I always find what I'm looking for, and have often recommended this quote

Excellent assistance, only flaw and not a small one is that there is discrepancy between availability on the site from that of the warehouse, result! Package shipped with two out of three items purchased and related issuance of a credit note .

Very satisfied with your products This is the 2nd time I've ordered your products!

Nice model, but the construction is not for everyone and requires a lot of patience and know-how (i.e. experience).

Everything received to my satisfaction! Thank you very much.

Everything delivered in great condition. Had to wait a while but they were clear about that on the site. Order is not shipped until everything is there. I had ordered over 20 items.

Perfect

Shipment conforms to order, but takes 1 month. Your waiting times for products advertised on order are not met.
Sincerely

I did not receive my order at Christmas and I am still fighting to get my money back. Customer service is ineffective, communication with them is lousy.

excellent products. very professional

14 days waiting for the order, was still long for the overuge everything was perfect

nothing to say very correct

Good order tracking

It is not difficult to order, the handling is not too complicated having an average level in Computing.

Slow response

It's the first time I ordered on your site, very well designed site, order tracking ok, and very fast to receive my order.

Fast delivery
