The model looks nice but there was a referencing error: a letter error in the name of the bike so that the one I received wasn't the one named on the site. As I don't know anything about bikes, I didn't realize it, but it spoiled my gift. I would not recommend

Hello, Thank you for your comment and for your confidence. We would like to stress that customer satisfaction is our top priority. Your comments and suggestions are therefore very important to us and we take them very seriously. We're terribly sorry, but our customer service team is available by phone or e-mail at [email protected]. I see that Mondial Relais did indeed take some time to deliver your order. Once again, we apologize for this incident, which was beyond our control: I think the network must have been overloaded during the holiday season... We wish you an excellent day. 1001hobbies customer service

No problems in particular with the delivery and quality of the products, however, stickers were applied to the Tamiya cans that cover the label preventing the product's technical specifications from being read correctly.

It is unfortunate not to be able to make a serious follow-up of the shipment. Likewise the fulfillment of the estimated date of reception. The contact with you is relatively fluid, in one direction. But it does not offer valid answers.

I don't judge the product but the gift wrapping is unspeakable plus the delivery time unacceptable since you charged me extra to have the item to get it after the given date.

Hello, thank you for your important message. We are very sorry if the packaging arrived damaged, we will forward the information to our warehouse. I am sure you will be able to find the right date for your order, but it is the expected date of payment that matters. Have a good day.

Immediate shipment? I received it yesterday the 16th, so it took me 16 days to receive it.
That seems like a lot of days to me.

Hello, thank you for sending us an important message. We are very sorry for the delays, which are beyond our control. This is not an immediate delivery, but an immediate shipment, the duration of which varies depending on the chosen delivery method: economy or express. We ship the order as soon as the purchase is made, but the low-cost delivery method slows down the date in times of high demand. Have a nice day.

Extensive range of model making products, for paints and accessories I am happy to receive Vallejo Air paints. Somewhat idiosyncratic: 5 euro voucher redeemable on the next purchase of 150 euros or more.

When I ordered, it said on your site "immediate delivery". This made me choose your product. After a few days, I noticed that you had changed the delivery time to "delivered between 1 and 2 weeks", which I consider to be not "legit". Unfortunately, it's not me who paid the price but the person I wanted to give the gift to. I'm therefore very disappointed. Best regards.
