Unfortunately the description differs from the item I received. According to the picture and (translated) description "Mr Mark Setter" "Mr Mark Softer" was advertised, but unfortunately I received "Mr Mark Softer Neo" and "Mr Mark Setter Neo". The original ones (without Neo) are unfortunately hard to get in Europe and I was hoping they would be available in their store.

Thank you for your message. We are sorry if you were not completely satisfied. You had chosen the option of shipping by global relay, which is particularly congested during this period. However, the package was available at the relay point from December 16, so it took 11 days for the package to arrive, which is indeed longer than the usual time. I do not know how long it will take to get my package to the relay point, but it remains a cheap solution that unfortunately is not considered a priority, and these variations are common. Outrageous. I'm going to ask for a refund because I wanted to cancel my order 10min after seeing it made and had no customer feedback despite my emails. I then saw that you only offered a refund in the form of a credit note with return at cost. This is the 1st and last time I will use your site and count on me to speak badly of your site to my friends and family.
