To date after 6 weeks still have not received my order. Then I am told you have chosen non tracking shipping. Yes what does that say then! That the delivery will take months! I think it is a bad thing, also I was totally unaware that it was a non tracking shipment I just ordered the normal way.

Great website. Only having to report several times that nothing had been sent and no response, until after waiting far too long the package arrived, while it was supposed to be sent right away, is very bad. Therefore a 2. The instant shipping is not correct at all.

I was excited about the 1001 hobbies site because I found some Heller kits there that I thought were now unavailable. With the help of my son (he much more practical especially for forms of payment while I only use ATM) I placed the order which was delivered a few days in advance of the date communicated to me.
