Intact package! Very good protection... I will continue your ordering site.

The ordering process was easy. Was kept informed as to when the book was shipping/shipped. Down side was the tracking info did not give a eta for delivery. Was notified that but was delivered when in fact it was the next day it

Prompt delivery.

I never received the product and after repeated E-mails also did not get the money back. Am very dissatisfied. Don't know if I will ever get my money back.

Apart from a small delay in dispatching the goods, the order was successfully completed. Excellent after-sales service.

Perfect: the offer, the website, the delivery on time, the packaging Thank you.

Good service and smooth delivery. Highly recommended.

Third attempt! Shortly after ordering, I canceled the order by e-mail. Three weeks later, the parcel arrived anyway. I sent it back at my own expense. So far I have not received any money.

Numerous references, fast and efficient order processing.

Bof bof... out of 4 items ordered, finally some are out of stock, I replace them then finally I receive only half in my parcel, it's sent back again 1x. In short, I won't be coming back to this website.

It took a little longer than expected, but everything arrived perfect.

Very good site, serious.

Order and delivery processed on time... careful packaging of the order...

Very good service, fast and although I was not reached by phone they came anyway to bring the order so very good and very well wrapped.

Excellent service. The parcel was delivered very quickly and I was kept updated of it's progress every step of the way.

Very fast shipping, everything is fine

Ordering was easy, ship time was pretty good. The tracking number I was given was useless until the order arrived in New York, but that was not 1001Hobbies fault. All in all a good experience. I will order from them again.

COMPLIANT - FAST

Very fast international delivery.

dishonest and unreliable company. website co.uk. Unfortunately, this is misinformation because the shipment is from France, the seller does not provide the actual cost of the purchase, I had to pay over £ 45 customs duty. they do not respond to sent emails.

ras impect

Good clear

I express my disappointment concerning order UD8IBUARU.
That order consisted of two kits: - SMER kit - Fiat CR.32 - Flying Machine kit - Paggio P108 Now, while the SMER kit arrived exact, the Flying Machines kit arrived incorrect tispect to what was published in your online catalog.
In fact instead of the kit, a transparent envelope arrived with a card inside with a picture of in airplane, moreover not even related to the Piaggio p108.
Big disappointment!
The fact that the envelope had a label with a bar code and P108 written on it, I think it was an oversight during storage, at least this I want to believe!!!
I voiced this complaint of mine already by email because I could not find a way to do it on your site.
But no acknowledgement or response.
I would appreciate being able to return the wrong merchandise, and maybe purchase something different.
Ps: I realized, unfortunately after the purchase and after the email complaint, that already another user had been risetvato the same treatment.

Nice site with varied selection. It was the first time I had ordered something and 6 days later it was neatly packaged and delivered. I was informed about the status of my order several times via e-mail and it was even delivered 4 days earlier than estimated. I am satisfied.

Very good

Very good, impeccable service, careful and attentive. I recommend it!

Very good. Mistake made up for in a big way. A+++

Clear and easy to access

- This order was made during February, for some reason a bug occurred postponing its execution to an unspecified date. I contacted 1001 to find out about the problem, and they corrected it within 48 hours. I received my order within the next 48 hours, with excellent tracking of the shipment and a commercial gesture to accompany it. Bravo et merci ; J.M/C

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER PLACED ON 09/02......
