Pretty poor communication, no response to my emails for over two weeks, goods only arrived after almost three weeks! Other providers manage the same in three days!

I purchased 4 1/24 model car kits, they were delivered intact in time for Christmas and the shipment was tracked step by step. Thank you!

Navigation on the website is very clear and they have quite a large selection of exactly the right time periods I am looking for. Also, payment is easy and delivery is fine. I unfortunately ordered during the holidays so the delivery took a bit longer but that was not due to 1001hobbies but to PostNL. This website is my favorite place to buy my figures.

I am satisfied with 2 products purchased. Now, I regret that they were sent very late. When I placed my order (November 27), 1 of the 2 products was in stock and the other should have arrived within 2 to 4 weeks, i.e., before Christmas (they were Christmas gifts, so I was confident I'd be able to get them in time....). Unfortunately, after some time, I received a message from the site telling me that, due to stock shortages, my 2 items were going to be shipped to me after Christmas for receipt on the 30th. The baubles!!! No more Christmas presents!!! Fortunately, it was for people who no longer believe in Santa Claus and who had to make do with gift certificates while waiting for my parcel to arrive... I think a commercial gesture would have been welcome to compensate for this delay... Too bad they didn't offer me anything (even though my order was around 100 euros, which is no small amount...). So I'm a bit disappointed...

Great store with very pleasant prices. Tracking via a French shipper and website is the only thing that could be better. All in all , incredibly satisfied!

When you can't find out where the package you sent is, and it gets lost along the way, you're not selling! When they tell you that you have to wait 15 days maximum to be reimbursed, and two weeks later they tell you that there's no claim on your file, it's a disgrace! don't buy from them, they're really incompetent! you'll have understood, I'm very disappointed!

Everything was ok, but I was not satisfied with the delivery time. They wrote that the parcel would arrive by Christmas with express delivery. I didn't choose this shipping method, but with a bit of luck it could have made it to 24.12. That's why I ordered from you. Unfortunately, the parcel was only sent a good 1 1/2 days after the order was received and arrived on 28.12.

As expected, perfect delivery, nothing to complain about, my 25 year old son is very happy, he builds models and is no longer on his laptop.

Very good, sometimes you have to wait a few days depending on product availability, but everything is indicated in advance on their site, which is very up to date. Serious and professional.

I placed my order on 4/12 to receive it in time for Christmas, my order was late... It still arrived before Christmas (on 24/12) but unfortunately I wasn't there to collect my parcel...
On the other hand, I had almost 0 information on the whereabouts of our parcel, which I find very unfortunate and annoying.

The product was fine, but did not arrive in time for Christmas Day. I was warned that there was going to be a delay and asked for confirmation if it was not going to arrive in time to buy something else..... There was no reply and it did not arrive in time.

Hello, the paints recommended by you for the model do not correspond to the model.

Package ordered December 16 with expected delivery between December 20 and 23 arrived December 28. It was a gift for Christmas... So on December 24 I had to rush to find an alternative.... Very annoying...

Was wary as I hadnt heard of company before. But was extremely pleased with it. Good Prices, Easy to use Site, Good Delivery time. Will definatly be using them again and would happily reccomend to others.

Smooth transaction for a discontinued Futaba part which I couldn't locate in the US. Fast shipping although a shipping notification and tracking would have been nice. I was just about to open an inquiry when the order showed up in my mailbox.

Delivery date announced before Christmas, parcel finally received on the 27th with one article out of the 2! Site contacted, they tell me to have alerted me by email that one of the 2 articles is out of stock, but I had nothing, the email confirming shipment indicated well the 2 articles in the parcel. In the end I was sent another parcel. Serious after-sales service, but disappointed not to have received my items for Christmas... Hoping that the models will be of good quality
