I know that the health context can explain a lot of things, but having said that, it took me a month to receive my order (with one of your competitors, the maximum delivery time I've ever experienced was 10 days). However, the order met my expectations.

They sent me the model with insufficient protection, and the box arrived to me quite squashed and with a huge hole. The boxes of the scale models are not very resistant cardboard, if you don't put that box in a more resistant external one, the "careful" guys of Correos or the parcel companies can crush the package quite a lot. I informed 1001hobbies of the incident and so far I have no answer.

I have received the package. The content of a bottle of epoxy has come out of the package. I have filed a claim with photos and so far I only receive questions without logic, everything is clear in the photos and my explanations. It seems they want to evade their responsibility.
