The ladybug is very pretty, a carbon copy of the one in the Disney film. Nevertheless, I didn't think it was so tiny.

Response from 1001hobbies Published on 10/11/2021

Dear Customer, Some of the products in your order were removed from stock by our suppliers before we received them. This caused a delay in delivery time and we sincerely apologize.
However, we will only send the products to you if we receive them, and we are always available to inform you about your pending products.
Sincerely, The Sales Department.

We've always been very satisfied with 1101hobbies, both in terms of reception, order preparation and delivery. There's just one drawback, and they know it, because I've already told them: when you choose a model, theoretically you order the paints that go with it, but there's nothing on their site to indicate the appropriate colors for the model you want to order. They really need to improve on this. Thank you

After several orders for different brands of paint, I've had no problems whatsoever, everything is always well packaged and sent quickly. The only minor point is that the label on the tamiya pots hides the product number.

Site very rich in industry articles; easy to navigate with filters. Payments according to regulations. Shipping on time estimated. Average shipping tracking. I did not find the Favorites items page as a memory for future purchases.

Well packed and good updates only negative is that it needs to be clearer how high costs can be as item from France cost almost 25% in customs fees. Would have brought from outside EU as their charges are less

Once again, the discount code system doesn't work. I've just placed two orders for over €300, I'm a new customer and the results are zero bonuses.

The delivery notification was not opening. This in contrast to previous orders. Nicely taken care of though.
