On 04/27/2021 the order was placed and the payment was made. I picked up the package at the post office on 05/14/2021, after 18 days. It seems to me that this is quite a long delay for what most on-line orders take nowadays.

The goods never arrived and probably weren't sent. The firm failed to answer my questions so I had to lodge a complaint with PayPal to get a refund. Very disappointed.
