Extremely disappointed! I do not recommend this seller. The mock-ups were OK, but there was a 20-day delay with no information. I had to call again to finally learn that 1 can of paint was missing at 2 € which stopped an order of more than 250 €. In 3 weeks, no one was able to contact me to find a replacement! The icing on the cake was that some paints dried in their mini bottles. Not much from Pro!!! The good thing is that I looked elsewhere and found the same products.

Hello Very disappointed a late shipment order of February 12 received on 25 no exchange to explain this delay to customers. Difficult to reach you after several attempts we were greeted by a very unpleasant person we just ask if our order was going to be sent. Parcel finally arrived the box containing the model + just a turn over bubble wrap without cardboard without protection box fold inside with broken parts. What can I say without being vulgar? I'm happy to have found the revell and humbrol paint references I was missing. The only downside is that I think you should have assortments of balsa and wooden sticks of all kinds, as well as scenery for fans of wooden models (tree lawns, etc.).

unfortunately i have had two negative experiences with this store. the first with raf field huts, one of which arrived very damaged. the second very recently with a small russian ww2 fighter in the box of which there is no decal board. i am a gold buyer on ebay and therefore not a bad lay but bad luck has struck twice at the same place.

Dissatisfied with the shipping time. I chose this site because it was specified that I could receive my order on Thursday. The order was dispatched on Friday (despite my Tuesday e-mail) and I was only able to pick it up on Monday. As a result, my nephew got a voucher for a home-made model for his birthday.
