Very dissapoited still haven't received my parcil witch we paid extra for a faster delivary it was a birthday present for my dad for 7 feb 2021 its now 15 of feb 2021 sorry wont use u againe and i would like a full refund plx

Product delivered in good condition. Responded to queries fairly promptly and helpful customer service. Only issue was very slow courier pick up/shipping due to current circumstances.

Well-protected parcel shipped quickly. Shipping costs too high, no Mondial Relay option. La Poste rates are prohibitive for small parcels. However, commercial gesture agreed following comments. Thank you for your reply. Does this mean that you will cancel the order and refund my payment? My parcel has been sent to me, but was then returned back to 1001 Modelkits because the paperwork wasn't correct. I have no idea what has happened to it now - I have emailed them twice but have had no reply. This is very poor service and is a big disappointment. It was my first order from them and I doubt if I will order again. The complete lack of communication, apart from automatic messages such as this request to rate them, is the biggest problem. I just want my order to be delivered!

I have still to receive my purchases, I was advised delivery would be on 5th February but that did not happen. I was then advised it would very soon but still waiting for delivery to take place. No further correspondence from seller. Still waiting for delivery.
