I was a bit hesitant to place an order requiring overseas shipping from a shop new to me especially for a kit offered at a reasonable price which seemed out of availability everywhere else in the world. What I received was a mint-perfect kit well packaged for safe shipping delivered with amazing speed and overall wonderful service!!! Just plain WOW. Would give more than five stars if I could!!!!

I was a bit hesitant to place an order… I was a bit hesitant to place an order requiring overseas shipping from a shop new to me, especially for a kit offered at a reasonable price which seemed out of availability everywhere else in the world. This antenna is not available in the US so I ordered it from another country. Took me 10 minutes to replace. Beats having to send your radio in to replace the antenna for a simple repair.

Excellent customer service! Ordered a jigsaw puzzle for my Mom. Had a problem with shipping (it was accidently shipped to me rather than my Mom but this was a postal carrier error not 1001 Modelkits error). Staff at 1001 Modelkits helped correct the mistake by refunding half of my shipping. Really appreciated that! Would order from here again.
