Order received late not a good update of the website!

Delivery far too slow, over 15 days. Order arrived incomplete. Figure arrived broken in packaging. I had to contact the after-sales service (efficient) and they sent me a voucher to be used on my next order (including high shipping costs for Belgium). This is the last time I order on this site, which was so long ago.

Very happy with the figurines. On the other hand, the Chronopost delivery was mediocre. The drivers were unable to deliver the parcel to the right address.

All the items in my order were in stock and Chronopost delivery was fast.

I was looking for somewhere new to look for model kits and came across 1001 modelkits. They have amazing model kits and alot of them. once i opened my account i found a kit i wanted, and bought it. The process to buy was very easy and it didn't take too long for the kit to arrive, well inside the arrival date.I think the kit could have been packed slightly more safely as it was just put inside a cardboard box.

The models I received were exactly what I wanted. The COVID crisis didn't help delivery times, but I was regularly warned of delays. So nothing to complain about.
