The product is excellent! Incredible image quality. I have a 4K version. I use it in full HD for reasons of memory card capacity and it's LARGE enough for the use I make of it (race analysis, trajectory, hand position...) The technical team and after-sales service are TOP and you have a person who follows you and deals with your request from A to Z! Thanks Julien! It's not an impersonal after-sales platform with whom you have to repeat your problems 100 times. Hats off to you! And another great product! Great service! Very professional

We apologize for the delivery delay linked to the worldwide shortage of electronic components which affected our operations in 2023.
This situation is now solved and we have also taken the necessary steps to avoid that it happens again.
Regarding the import duty, we regret that you missed this information that is indicated on our website. Indeed, since Brexit we are not allowed to collect VAT tax for UK customers anymore.
In the end, rest assured that you have paid the same amount than a EU based customer.

Some difficulties after ordering, as the product has still not been received (ordered in March 2023). The reason is that the components crisis is preventing my Cambox from being shipped, so the announced deadline is well past. An official communication had been made, a little late perhaps but at least they communicated on the subject. Cambox was able to find a solution while waiting to receive my order, and I appreciate it when a company makes an effort to solve this kind of problem. A Cambox v3 was loaned to me while I waited to receive my v4 pro, I salute this initiative and this commercial gesture. I look forward to receiving my v4 pro so I can give 5 stars if necessary.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the Cambox Junior does not meet your expectations in terms of sound quality. We would like to inform you that our product was designed to be an entry-level option for a rather young audience, children or teenagers for whom it is the first in-car camera. Because of this positioning, it has a single microphone in mono audio which is usually sufficient to meet the needs of these users.

That being said, we understand that this may be a disadvantage for some customers who are looking for higher sound quality. That is why we offer other Camboxes in our range with technical features that allow for even better sound and image performance.
