I ordered a blue wide-brimmed hat as shown on the site, it arrived white. I contacted the seller on the same day of receipt but he is not responding!

Hello,
We are following up on your message.
For order 207278, you did indeed order a rain hat in navy color and a privilege soway wide-brimmed hat in white with a gray ribbon.
What reference of wide-brimmed hat did you order in blue?
According to the photos and description of the wide-brimmed hat, it is indeed white

Good product quality and a fair price.
Long delivery, but it was expected; however, customer service was very average (I sent two messages to get news and received no response).
Happy with my purchase.
I recommend.

A first order completely satisfied. For the second, waiting for 2 months without news of the restocking progress. Otherwise, packaging and delivery OK.
