A cap of this price in an open, wrinkled plastic, and an oversized box; it lacks care. The packaging finish is not attractive, despite the Traclet brand.

Everything was perfect: site, delivery. But one item was missing. It took some time, and I would have liked to be informed of the delay for the restocking and the probable delivery date without having to call the seller.

Beautiful site, a lot of choices, good quality of items, but not enough details on the size and care of the items. Not enough promotions or discount percentages (if we have one, the validity date is too short; I myself had the case where my code was expired even for 5%). For delivery, it's very good,

I had made a first order for a cap on sale, my account was debited via PayPal and then no news. After about 3 weeks I received 2 emails, one from Traclet and one from PayPal informing me that I was refunded without me having started any process. IT'S PERFECT! As a result, I placed another order for a different model.

Everything was quick but sometimes difficult to access the next pages. You need to be a little patient and start over.
