It is noted on the site two to three days for delivery. I will receive my package a week after my order... I will not enjoy the hat during my vacation, very disappointed!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that the delivery of your hat took longer than expected and that this impacted your vacation. Your disappointment is understandable, and we apologize for this delay beyond our control. The order was placed on the evening of the 12th and it was shipped on the morning of the 13th under Colissimo tracking and delivered to the relay point on the 16th due to the August 15th holiday in France. We hope you can pick it up on Monday. Best regards, Traclet Sébastien

Colissimo, the post office and their pick-up points are not reliable. The package arrived on time but impossible to pick it up. Nothing works at Carrefour Market in Louhans! I am sorry for the Traclet company which seems serious to me. I don't know what to do now to recover this damn package despite my complaint to Colissimo, the Post Office. Incompetents.

Very fast delivery, the product seems to be of good quality but the packaging box is too small, the hat is deformed and looks like nothing, I am disappointed. I am not returning it because I need it and hope to be able to shape it properly. I don't think I will place another order on this site.

Very nice Goretex Bob, however it is lined with fleece which is not mentioned in the product description, to be checked.

Beautiful products, original. However, it's difficult to get the right size - difference depending on the items - when you have a head circumference between two measurements.
