Very good site for choice, I am already a customer, I have already ordered many caps and hats, however, the price somewhat hinders the purchase with products that we have to pay for shipping below €70.

Package not received today, the package received in the Colissimo locker was intended for another person. My package was searched for, found, and returned to Toulon, I live in the Vosges... For them, it’s the original shipping address... The previous order was not the right size received... In short, 2 orders, 2 troubles.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, We are sorry to hear that you have encountered problems with your orders. Your experience does not reflect our quality standards, and we understand your frustration. For this order, you indicate that the package was found but not received? We are based in Roanne Loire and you in the Vosges, where does Toulon come from? Finally, if the size of your hat does not fit, it is certainly possible to make an exchange. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet

Delivery by Colissimo poorly tracked. The product is 2 sizes larger than the actual head circumference. Actual head circumference = 61, as a precaution I ordered size 60 ... I should have ordered size 59 for the cap to fit well.

beautiful product, quality cotton, nice denim color. Bought a size down because it's an American brand. A bit tight though I need to go between sizes
