It's a shame you don't make other colors of caps. In the past, I had blue, white, denim... It was nice! Thank you and best regards

The received item seems to be of good quality, it replaces a straw hat bought in 2018, the challenge is therefore high, but it will do well.

The boater I just received looks nothing like the one received in a previous order. (same product same size) this one is at least one size larger. The straw is very light and is flattened or crushed during manufacturing. The boater is therefore very light and so flexible that it seems ready to break.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that the boater received this year did not match yours from 2015. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve the consistency of our products. We will pass this information on to Flechet so they can improve their product. If you have any other comments, we will forward them to the brand. Best regards, The Chapellerie Traclet team
