Great service. I ordered two; unfortunately, one was defective, though it was hard to tell whether it was my fault or happened during shipping. The other fit without any problems. I used it for my tent! After contacting them by email, a replacement was sent. Great service, absolutely top-notch.

Even with the right size model, it only works one time out of four. The clip comes open when you pull the zipper up. I don't recommend it. The design needs to be reconsidered. Don't be fooled by the advertising claims; it's not the eco-friendly, practical marvel they make it out to be.

Even though I chose the right size for my zipper repair sliders, it didn't work. I tried everything several times and had to return everything to the company. I'm very disappointed.
