The zipper pulls are such a valuable help for me. The zipper can still be used without repair or replacement, as if nothing had happened. Brilliant! Ordering my three different zipper pulls was easy, and despite the holiday period, they arrived in no time. Thank you! This is my second time ordering here, and everything was flawless and prompt again. I would gladly order again!

The opening of the insert is so narrow that the fabric wouldn’t fit inside. I needed two inserts, but I couldn’t attach them securely enough to stay in place. I made do with an insert from an old zipper. The slider worked perfectly.

Two stars because the product matches what was requested. Despite taking measurements and using the template to measure the slider that matches the zipper, it won't close. Also disappointed with the quality, as the slider broke while I was handling it.

Unfortunately, the zipper didn't fit, but it was broken, which I hadn't noticed beforehand. I'll find another use for it.

Hello, purchasing process but product not up to par in the sense that once installed, it's impossible to slide the slider. Very disappointed in this regard.

I think the spare parts are a great thing! Only the application should be explained better, especially when a defective zipper is present.

Order received quickly. I saved my favorite zip sweatshirt thanks to the ordered repair slider, and I am delighted! (I know how to sew, but changing the entire zip would have been particularly difficult...) I recommend!! Thank you Clip & Zip
