Dear customer, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with the service of our florist but none of them delivered 5 flowers for the value of 32.00 euros of the bouquet you ordered for Mother's Day. You could have contacted us with a complaint and a photo of the bouquet if you felt it did not match our offer. We remain at your entire disposal

The chosen bouquet was never delivered. A replacement bouquet was sent 3 days later. But it was originally a surprise for a birthday party that was completely missed

Your order concerned an isolated town (01300 Murs et Gélignieux) to which our local florist was unable to deliver due to the distance. We refunded the bouquet and had a bouquet delivered free of charge at our expense by a carrier, we are sorry for your disappointment but no florist accepts to deliver to this town.
