Perfect! Good price, good fast delivery.
Client for several months or even years, I appreciate the price of the products but also their quality. My disabled wife, who has MS, uses these TENA PANTS products and does not want to change.
Very unhappy because of too much waiting for the package (proposed dates largely exceeded) and especially zero tracking as soon as the order was placed and zero customer service, because I followed up twice by email to get precise tracking and I never received a response!! In fact, the package stayed with you for days (probably missing products..) because as soon as Chronopost took it over, it took 2 days, so the carrier is not to blame! Moreover, a Molicare form stool protection is absolutely useless, not waterproof at all!! Even the caregiver has never seen that in her career! So I don't think I will buy from you again.

Product conforms, perfect delivery
Serious site and fast order shipping. I have been a customer for over a year, about one order each month. Too bad there are never any discounts or special offers on the products.
There was a lot of delay in the delivery which caused me some difficulties. Indeed, there were delivery failures indicated while I had specifically requested a delivery to a relay point (1 order = 2 packages). I only received one of the 2 packages for a long time, the other one having been returned for an unknown reason.

Good, however I would like to make more important orders also because I am forced to periodically purchase some products, but the time I did it they made shipping impossible by combining two boxes into one to save on transport. Ordering the same material every 2 months (spending more) I get a good service.
Hello, I did not receive my package at the pickup point and I had to go much further to a filthy garage and my package smelled like diesel, moreover I would have liked it to be in 2 boxes as you usually do.

Indeed, the carrier now requires us to ship orders with as few packages as possible. Therefore, we had to combine your 2 packages into 1 larger package.
