I would like to have an answer to my question about the fact that the colored boards to be put on the black boards do not allow the Magnets to be properly magnetized even though this is what you propose as a selling point. Have you tried to remove one of your colored magnetic boards? Has your wall received several layers of paint of different colors? Has an undercoat been applied?

The application and removal of a wallpaper or magnetic board with repositionable adhesive on a painted wall cannot be guaranteed 100% risk-free. Please note: if you are installing on a painted surface, make sure that the quality of the undercoat and the paint finish is good.
The adhesion of glue is much weaker than that of a permanent adhesive. But although repositionable, glue generates a minimum of tension that can loosen paint chips if it or its coating is not properly done.
Despite the recommendations we give to our customers. Indeed, various elements can come into play: paint (number of layers of paint, preparation before painting, chipped paint ...) humidity, plasterboard. In some cases, it can happen that the paint flakes off like when we remove a piece of tape or tape on a wall for months.

According to the different elements mentioned above, the magnetic board can be removed perfectly without damaging the paint.

Hello, the speed of delivery was exceptional 2 days for delivery in Spain. However we were disappointed with the quality of the family planner which comes with a pen that does not work and leaves marks after spending some time trying to erase the board. We tried it (discreetly in a corner) with other markers and the result is just as disappointing, is it possible to have some advice to solve this problem? I'm sorry to hear that the product was damaged in transit. We try to protect our products as much as possible while limiting over-packaging... in order to limit waste. Sometimes packages are not handled properly during transport and sometimes this can damage the product.

To remove Ferflex magnetic boards, it is advisable to peel off the backing while remaining as parallel as possible to the wall. Removing the magnetic board by pulling on it weakens the adhesive, but also the paint underneath. Be careful to respect this step!

As with all materials that are glued to a wall, we cannot guarantee 100% that the surface will not be damaged, despite the recommendations we give to our customers. The installation is easy and the product is of good quality. A little problem with the colored magnetic board. In fact this one is not magnetic it is added to the black magnetic board. So if your magnets like the ones I have for my son (numbers and letters from Oxybul) are not strong enough they will not magnetize well on the support. So we only use the chalkboard (which is very good though). Too bad.

We are aware of your first e-mail to which we replied on April 5, asking you to send us some photos which you sent us in the same time.

When you read your notice, you did not receive my second reply after sending the photos.

A quality control is indeed performed by our cabinetmaker. However, as indicated in my email, wood being a natural material, it can happen that there are differences in color and finish between 2 shelves.
Concerning your remark on the price: our shelves are made in France in quality oak with a central groove to be able to put a card, a photo, a poster... Robust, durable and decorative, our shelves are very popular with our customers.

I have forwarded your photos to our cabinetmaker and I am waiting for an answer from him concerning the fact that the wood is a little more stained on the other shelf due to the knots in the wood that are more present on this part. As soon as Vincent gets back to me I will let you know.
