Package in perfect condition and on time. The contents very well cataloged with clear instructions for assembly. (Although it does take 2-3 hours) The purchasing process was very clear and intuitive, and the option for deferred payment via card is a very good decision.

very good product of good quality. conforms to the price paid. delivery is fast and packaging is well done. the instructions are well made but sometimes lack clarity or diagrams to illustrate the assembly. the hooks of the protective net are not resistant, they break very easily (already broken 16 out of 20 - prefer carabiners) the trampoline is of good quality, and I do not regret the choice of size (5m in diameter)

well-packaged product, easy to assemble thanks to the assembly instructions, product delivered very quickly. I recommend it!!! The quality of the trampoline is superior to that of large stores, the price may seem a bit high but it is a quality product, the child is safe inside thanks to the closure + the attachments.

Package delivered quickly after order, trampoline easy to assemble with two people. One downside: one of the black plastic hooks used to secure the safety net under the jumping mat arrived broken... Would it be possible to replace it?
