For the trampo foot, it is offered when you apply the code "TRAMPOFOOT5" in your cart. Your order is automatically transmitted to our preparation service and without the code, our preparation unfortunately does not include the trampo foot. We are always ready to offer this item (value 45 €) but shipping costs remain your responsibility as you did not apply the code during your order. Delivery and contact were quite correct. But the delivery person did not offer to bring the package to my house from my gate, which is still 80 meters to carry the package. Admittedly, the package only weighed about ten kilos, but it would have been more correct to offer to bring the package to the house.
