DPD "tried" to deliver my order, to the address that has worked plenty of time before, claimed it was an invalid address, and sent my order back to you.

The site is good, the team is efficient, and the products are well targeted, in any case, they meet my expectations. I perceive that the choice of items for sale is made in a very studied manner, with a search for quality and performance. This suits me well as I practice lightweight and self-sufficient hiking.

The preparation of the package was quick but not the delivery (by Chronopost) as the proposed establishment had not been a pickup point for 9 months. Beyond this point, I am still satisfied with the choice offered in freeze-dried products (including vegetarian options) and most are rather high quality.

Response from Freezedried & Co
Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that you appreciated the speed of preparation, as well as the quality and choice of our freeze-dried meals.

We apologize for the issue encountered with the pickup point and thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
