Hello, We ordered several meals of different brands that we have not yet used, except for one. Everything was well packaged with an invoice summarizing the order, and the box was open as it was picked up on the spot. When it came time to put the bags away, a bag of Aventure Food pasta, cheese and mushrooms was damaged by a: "cutter stroke"? We ate it quickly and it was good. Sincerely

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The brand's recipes are presented flat in the box, so when you cut the tape (despite a warning from the brand), the bag on top is more likely to be cut. In any case, we should have noticed this when preparing your parcel. Our team will contact you to propose a compensatory solution. The Lyo team

Product quality. Speed of delivery. It's just a shame that delivery costs are a bit high for a small product.

Response from Freezedried & Co Published on 05/07/2021

Thank you for your feedback. According to your order, you have chosen delivery via La Poste at 6.95. Shipping costs are 4.95 for delivery to a relay point in France, should you wish to order again. Grouping orders with colleagues could also be a way of sharing shipping costs, or of reaching the 70-purchase threshold, at which point delivery is free of charge to a relay point in France. Sincerely yours, the Lyo team.
