I placed an order a week ago and it still hasn't gone out. I'm thinking of buying elsewhere in the future, and I wanted to make French companies work. I'm realizing that in China they're more responsive and deliver faster.

Hello, we understand your disappointment, a sachet of dried meat is missing (this was indicated at the time of your order) and our supplier is taking a long time to deliver it to us. We thought it would be delivered last week, but this was not the case. Normally, our team contacts customers when products are out of stock, but the fact that the product had arrived misled us. We apologize for this inconvenience, and my colleagues will get back to you in the morning to find a solution that suits you. The Lyophilise & Co team

bjr, first experience with L&Co, which gives me an impression of competence and friendliness. I haven't tried the freeze-dried dishes yet... but for me, who's used to using Yuka, that was a bit scary... To be continued!

I found the ration box to be very full, perhaps small packets of cookies earlier than the 125g pack.

Order received quickly with no worries, the little extra trick would be to put a gift for large orders over 100, we made 2 in a few months.

Response from Freezedried & Co
Thank you for your loyalty and trust. We regularly offer reduced prices and we provide free postage to a relay point from 70 for delivery in France. We sometimes run special offers, with a gift for a certain amount, but we can't run this kind of operation on a long-term basis, as we're not a manufacturer but a retailer. We'll be launching a loyalty program early next year to coincide with the launch of our new website :) The Lyophilise & Co team
