Hello, thank you for your trust and for your feedback. We do offer postage and packing in France for purchases of 70 or more. Concerning the boxes, we offer "packs" for outdoor activities (hiking, sailing, marathon). We are also available to advise you on a selection of dishes. We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal if needed. Sébastien from the Lyophilise & Co team

One product was out of stock. They called to apologize and offer another product, and refund the difference.

Fast delivery and clear tracking. Downside: I received one product instead of another (windscreen), which I didn't send back because I planned to buy it later as it fits into my OptimusCruxLight range.

I'm satisfied with the delivery, which was made in time for me to take some freeze-dried meals for a kayak trip near St Malo. But I don't yet have the hindsight to judge the products I ordered.

I loved all the products and the fast shipping. You should add augason farm food kits to all your products. Also add cream cheese powder, cream powder, cheese powder products. Add more freeze dried soups and vegetables.

For the amount of the order I think the shipping costs are excessive.

Hello, We understand your point of view, however it is not possible for the moment to make the shipping costs free of charge from a purchase amount for a shipment outside France. We are looking for solutions in this regard. Thank you for your understanding. The Lyophilized team
