Overall, I am satisfied with the order, the only concern is that I am missing an item in the survival bag, upon receiving the package, the box was slightly torn on one side, so the missing item in my bag was not lost for everyone.

Very happy with Lyophilized & Co. I placed three orders and each time, the delivery was quick and careful: five days for Ireland, from shipping to delivery. The products are very interesting, especially the selection of meals for hiking, an excellent alternative to D4. I received a Hyberg Atilla today and I am fully satisfied with my purchase. I will order again without hesitation!

Product OK but shipping such a small box in a carton, was it useful? Shipping by post in a cardboard envelope would have sufficed and I could have received it in my mailbox.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We prioritize certain packaging to better protect the products during transport and limit the risks of crushing or damage, even for small formats. That said, your feedback is relevant and we take it into account in our reflection on more suitable and less bulky packaging when possible.
Thank you again for your order and your constructive remark.

Order placed more than a week ago. Still not delivered. I had to go to Decathlon to buy my freeze-dried meals, and leave without my package... Honestly pathetic

We sincerely apologize that your order was not available on time for your trek departure. We completely understand your disappointment and the inconvenience caused.
After checking the tracking, your order was indeed shipped quickly from our side, but the package unfortunately experienced several delays in distribution with the carrier before being made available on May 15. We remain at your disposal if needed.

Order received the day after shipping. Product, survival rations "Seven Oceans" meet my expectations, practical, neutral taste and can be consumed directly like a dry biscuit if you don't want to use water to make a kind of porridge. Good value for money especially with the discount. Can be used in all circumstances.

fast and efficient delivery nothing to complain about, good quality material overall for the filtering bottle, I just have some doubts about the filter because I really have to push hard to get water out, and it's not the flow rate shown in the videos.
