My goodness! If all companies were as professional, up to scratch and cared as much about their customers as Gérard Bertrand, what a joy and what a difference it would make to most people's lives. It would help make the world a better place. GB really are the exception to the rule, in my experience. Don't stop what you're doing, it's great!

I am very satisfied with my order, I validated it on Sunday morning and I was delivered on Tuesday morning! That's really efficient! The customer service is perfect and the chat system on the site is very practical.

Please do not use Kuehne & Nagel for your deliveries. It's a real catastrophe, this company is beneath everything. In the end, it's you who suffers.
