Purchase of discounted Burton snow boots on the site, received the next day as promised, via Chronopost for an extra 10 euros. Satisfied with the service

Very happy with the speed of shipping, however the small downside is that when I picked up my package the box was torn (mouse? Carrier?) Nevertheless, my item is intact. It would also be good to be able to go back and modify certain things once the order is placed, for example the relay point that I could not change. I would recommend without hesitation

Hello,
I have not been able to retrieve my order to date.
Indeed, I moved to Lyon.
I did change the delivery and billing address on your site, but for the pickup point, it was a shop in Grenoble that was proposed. Since there is a street with the same name not far from my home in Lyon, I didn't pay attention... I will try to go to Grenoble on Saturday to retrieve the package.
Best regards,
Hugo Mandela Care

Very good!!! I didn't know this site and I did well to order from it. I was looking for a pair of Nike SB size 42.5 that I couldn't find anywhere and I finally managed to find it on this site, so that's great, plus delivery in 48 hours to the pickup point. What more could you ask for?
