ordered on Saturday at noon, order processed immediately and received on Tuesday. Only small downside (but no impact on my order), the rollers were new and impeccable but the box of the rollers was an original but used. for this reason 4/5. I would recommend this store if needed.

I am satisfied with the service and products from Hawaiisurf however I would not recommend delivery via DPD announced in 24h I only received my package 3 business days later... so I take away one star.

I find that the site is well made but the tracking is not detailed enough, especially when you are told that the order will arrive on a certain date and it only arrives 2/3 days later!

I apologize for the delivery of your order, as explained during your call to the store, we had an exceptional case on Thursday 15/09 because the replacement driver from DPD did not come at all to pick up the orders, we could only send your package the next morning, Friday 16/09..
