Although I really like this brand, I was disappointed to find an error in my order: one of the two products I received was not the one I had ordered. Unfortunately, it was too late to return the order, which was intended for Mother's Day. As luck would have it, my mom already owned the product sent by mistake.

I've been a customer for several years and have never been disappointed. Except with the 'Apothicaire Meditation' candles. These candles don't burn properly, so they can't be consumed, and for the price of the candles, I won't be buying them again. For the rest, I recommend them!

Overall, I'm satisfied, only I would have appreciated a more complete packaging, perhaps a thank-you card or a card talking about the candle design.
