Order sent quickly and very very well packaged. Disappointment with one of the two candles, it doesn't smell much!
So far, 4-day delay in delivery, and still no parcel.
A loyal customer for years, I now only buy their candles and give them to my friends too.
The candles are of excellent quality. My favourite is "mulberry powder". Fast delivery, items well protected in the packaging.

Are you kidding me? You want my opinion while you turn a deaf ear to my requests? It's been 15 days since I ordered two candles, and La Poste tells me you haven't even sent them. The least you can do is not "give your customers the runaround".
