ordered labels on September 6,today is September 30 and they never arrived,on the site it stated a maximum of 10 working days. I asked for a refund,in this I must say they were very quick to accept it. It should be visible in about 6-7 days.

I ordered the labels a week before the start of school and fearing delays in the delivery of the product I spent 9.5 additional for expedited delivery since the ordinary one was 2 to 10 days. Well you were so LITTLE SERIOUS that the package arrived after 9 gg so no point in spending extra money and I had to go and buy the labels elsewhere Also your labels are defective because although they are pre-cut they hardly come off the paper while they come off books notebooks and objects easily. All the moms I know have had the same problem in delivery. I will never buy from you again.
