Great for making it easier to manage the baby in daycare so things don't get lost. The labels in the water bottle and containers hold up to water and dishwasher. The labels in the clothes hold up less but I have to say I tried them two years ago and maybe the hot water affected them. However I keep coming back every year! Always fast and the purchase is super easy.

I am still waiting for my order and have had no response from customer service via email (they say will respond within 24 hours but haven't) and when I ring it says all agents are busy and to contact them via email. Whilst I acknowledge this is still within the advised delivery time (I ordered 8 days ago) I would really like an update on when I should receive them as required for nursery start date next week. I think the website is misleading in that it advertises they are ësent within 48 hours' which made me assume that even if sent second class I would receive the order within a week. It was only when I received the order confirmation email that it said delivery time was 2-10 working days so 2.5 weeks from ordering. I think it should be much clearer at the point of ordering how long the delivery process is as if I'd known I'd have chosen a different company where I'd be guaranteed to receive it within a week of ordering. Disappointed.

We experienced a lot of demands at the same time and therefor it took us longer to answer everyone. We advice on our website that all our products are customized and produced within a maximum of 2 working days. The delivery time for priority mail or parcel is between 2 and 6 working days after dispatch (which itself takes place on the 3rd day after the order at the latest). The postal delivery times may unfortunately vary and are given as an indication. It is generally necessary to wait 10 days before opening a claim with our partners. We make a note with the indication of delivery time on the payment page. We hope you still enjoy our products!!!

Hello, this is the third time I have bought from "It's Mine". Every year my two children can choose new stickers. The selection of motifs and stickers is very large and every child's wish can be fulfilled. As a mom, I am absolutely delighted with the quality. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. TOP. The ordering process is simple and shipping is also very fast. I always pay with PP, which also always works without any problems. This time I also ordered the wooden tags. I personally found them very nice, with a picture on the front and a text of my choice on the back. At first glance, the workmanship looks great, but I can't say any more about it yet, so I can't comment on the price-performance ratio. Since my son has been at nursery, we have been labeling his things and objects with the labels from EsIstMeins. The labels are of wonderful quality, they withstand every wash and you can design them so lovingly and individually. In the meantime, we have also moved in with items such as drinking bottles and cups that are already printed with names. These products are also of impeccable quality and the motifs/themes that can be used to design them are child-friendly and very tasteful! Even depending on the season, there are themes to design, there are always surprises and new things to discover on the site. When the labels are delivered, you get a small selection of the current season's theme! My son also has a lot of fun with this. When the first small problem arose - the order was apparently not delivered by the post office - I received a friendly reply from the EsIstMeins team very quickly.
