The soap is very good and the cream very pleasant. I am just revolted to see a brand that makes such a good product to go put a UV filter that we do not even know the index but which is classified dangerous ⚠️ and carcinogenic! This is really shameful!

Used for a week I have extremely fragile skin at the first application the soap had dried my skin but with the force of use I have the impression that the effect fades less tingling when washing with soap waiting for the results

The soap dries my skin too much and the oil-free cream does not moisturize me enough, my skin is always tight. On the other hand my husband who has an excess of sebum the combo suits him perfectly.

I was just about to contact the service in order to know if it was normal that after 3 days of use morning and evening of the goat milk soap I had the impression to have the cheeks and the contour of the lips burned ... after I had to stop the treatment because my son returned in emergency to the hospital and during 4 days I did not have the products ... I'm going to retest starting tomorrow and see if it gives me the same result and the I'll contact if needed 😉 So I'm leaving my mixed opinion for the moment waiting for the second use 🙂

The soap is good but it makes the skin dry sometimes and yet I put the face cream but it does not hydrate well...

I love it, I've been a customer for several years now, but I'm disappointed with the new packaging. The cap doesn't hold and the pressure doesn't work very well, so it's hard to get the cream out properly.

Order arrived on time. Package perfectly packed. Soap at the top, facial peeling at the top, gentle exfoliating care well the smell bothers me a little I find that it smells strong. On the other hand .... The cream without oil and the precious cream does not correspond to my skin, I have hormonal acne. These 2 creams don't moisturize my skin enough and I got pimples on top of that. I think that it is perfect products for skins without any problem. I have been a loyal customer for many years because the products are really high quality. But my last order at Pin Up secret disappointed me a lot, because I received only half of the products! On an order has 150Euros (except promotional code) I find totally scandalous. And the after sales service is almost inexistent. They answered me 4 days later, telling me that I had 24 hours after receipt of the package, to make a claim with photos. I was waiting for their answer for 4 days. Clever! Too bad that this happens too often...
