The product is satisfactory, the customer service is not. After placing an order I received the wrong product by mistake, so I reported it. 2 solutions were proposed to me 2 weeks later after several exchanges: - 50% on the next order - sending a return label Result, after almost a month I still do not have the product I ordered because I did not have time to rectify their error. Too bad the customer service is not top notch. I like the product but I didn't like this last experience, I'm not sure I would recommend.

I asked for my products to be delivered to a relay near my home, and finally I was informed that the delivery was made about 50 km from my home. Following which I contact the customer service pin up who clears himself of the problem of delivery by saying that it does not manage this part there. After I had to report the error to the carriers myself, I was informed that the package would be delivered to the initial relay chosen.
