Great product...!! I love it!

I love it, I've been a customer for several years now, but I'm disappointed with the new packaging. The cap doesn't hold and the pressure doesn't work very well, so it's hard to get the cream out properly.

Satisfied until I get a 25euro fee from the post office ... so annoying for 2 soaps ... but still a fan of your products.

Order arrived on time. Package perfectly packed. Soap at the top, facial peeling at the top, gentle exfoliating care well the smell bothers me a little I find that it smells strong. On the other hand .... The cream without oil and the precious cream does not correspond to my skin, I have hormonal acne. These 2 creams don't moisturize my skin enough and I got pimples on top of that. I think that it is perfect products for skins without any problem. On the other hand for the skins with problem such as mine the creams do not make their effect. For the rest I am satisfied

My oil-free cream doesn't pump and I had to insist to get only a 50% discount on my next item.

I had to pay the customs out of my shipping fees

Good range of products. Only drawback, the precious cream dries the skin which is not very pleasant

I did not receive my package at home, I had to go pick it up at a relay point

Ordered the 19 received January 28 it is very long it was a gift and I did not have time to give it to the person concerned

No problem with the soap but the precious cream burns my skin, I don't know why.

Very good product eliminating pimples but makes the skin really dry despite the cream, skin peels

In 2 weeks the products dried out my skin and made it red and flaky.

The products are great, however I am disappointed, because I ordered 2 C ffrets each with a pouch, but there was only one pouch in the package. Otherwise good product and fast shipping

I have been a loyal customer for many years because the products are really high quality. But my last order at Pin Up secret disappointed me a lot, because I received only half of the products! On an order has 150Euros (except promotional code) I find totally scandalous. And the after sales service is almost inexistent. They answered me 4 days later, telling me that I had 24 hours after receipt of the package, to make a claim with photos. I was waiting for their answer for 4 days. Clever! Too bad that this happens too often...

This soap makes the skin very dry and makes boitons i don't recommend it! in addition it smells bad 🤮 very disappointed

I am missing the entire soap box than the lid!!!

The goat's milk soap is great but the scrub and mask are not satisfactory.

I will recommend with pleasure but only one small problem that I had during my 1st order I did not receive one of the products I ordered but otherwise it's all OK I sent a message to say to see now if they do something.

Disappointed by the face peel, it is difficult to remove and forms pellets on the skin difficult to get rid of.

Unfortunately, I have to throw away all the oil-free cream, despite the red spots and very dry skin. I am disappointed.

The lavender smell of the soap is not great for me.

I am missing some products and to this day I still have not received any feedback from them...

I did not receive the right order, so I sent my package back, waiting for my package.

Late delivery service and disappointed with the package received. It is still early to judge the products themselves so my review did not take into account the products.

I recommend the products. Fast delivery. However, I had sent an email a while ago to report a cream that arrived broken and no return. At the price of the products, Too bad... maybe the customer service has improved since then! 😉

The order arrived rather quickly however I did not appreciate the aspect of the cream without oil that I threw directly I felt like an immediate discomfort on the skin. The soap is good, the smell is not unpleasant, but for the cleansing milk it's a horror to get the product out, it should have been done in a pump. The same goes for the mist, I didn't like the style of the spray bottle, I'm even thinking of transferring it to another spray bottle to make it more practical. The packaging remains very simplistic for its price.

Order not delivered to the right address very disappointed.

I had to pay more than 20.- in customs fees... which was not specified when I ordered. Next time I will buy a goat milk soap in Switzerland.

The pump bottle of my oil-free cream is defective... The cream does not come out and has a different texture.
