Happy with the products but the package was incomplete and I was missing a product

I am disappointed with the smell the commercial saying it has an incredible smell and just lie it does not smell good but it is effective against acne

Not satisfied because of an oversight in the package. No return. Lie

I did not receive the set I ordered but another one and I tried to contact you to solve the problem but I did not get any answer from you

I received two identical items when I ordered two different ones.

I received my package with the caps open so I only received half of the products I ordered

There were 2 soaps missing in the package, which was sent back to me....but zero compensation especially considering the price paid

Hello I am disappointed because no box pin up secret as last year just a box knowing that the products are to offer! Too bad ! Last year the box was at the top.

Good but it dries out the skin :/

I bought the secret makeup remover, the product is top but very painful to make leave the bottle, obliged to arrange me with the reversed not to galerer to have the product in my hands when one wants to use it, damage if not perfect

The soap is very good but it dries my skin I use it once a week

Some products arrived open and therefore sank in the package. The packaging soaked with product and a good part of the product lost.

Package with an open bottle of mist, so the whole box is soaked and they ask me for pictures even though everything is gone and I am a regular customer

Soft soap a horror the smell and texture unpleasant. The product received is the old presentation I think the product is expired

Hello, during my last order, there was a problem of delivery, consequently I was not delivered in time. I expected a commercial gesture, a small gift, nothing, I am disappointed.

I am missing a product

It's great

1st parcel, a product badly closed to run everywhere, that can arrive. They send me back this product, without the other packaging. So my little niece will have products without box, no explanation to the products. 1st bad experience.

I ordered a box set and received the items separately in the box...no box set!

The packages arrived completely torn. Wonder if the products had not been used. Very disappointed.

Pin up could have put some samples for Christmas too bad

I wanted to try the experience and trust Pin up Secret as I have a very fragile skin and I have been using it for several months now and I see no results or worse so I will do it again and if still no results I will not use it anymore 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Disappointed with the package received. The soap is not even in a box to store it after use and the box arrived damaged.

The soap cleans the skin very well. Unfortunately, I don't see much difference against acne... too bad

I have received my package Super soap smells very good and leaves the skin very soft

The delivery ok but the goat milk soap just made my skin worse...
