The products are very good because I am used to order them so there is no doubt about it. However, the delivery is still to be desired. We had free delivery at home and the delivery man did not bother to call once we got there. He just said that we had not answered and I was at home. Result...I had to go to the post office to pick it up

Not commercial of the whole, it had forgotten an article in my order to me one returned it without any explanation nor gesture of their share...

The bottom of the box for the soap was missing and I find it complicated how to do to have the missing part it is easier to send directly the missing part

I got 2x the same product so I didn't get the cleansing milk 😑

Super soap !!!! too bad that the brush loses its bristles, either defective or bad quality? it's my 1st order so I can't judge but too bad... I had heard so much about these products. the smell in any case is perfectly top top but I don't know how to apply it without a brush so

It's been 1-2 years, unless I'm mistaken, that I order on pin-up secret, product level I am satisfied. But unfortunately I'm going to stop ordering from you because of the shipping costs that are added to me to get the package. They amount to 25 CHF, almost the price of the discount according to the code promos.... The products are very expensive

I didn't believe in it at first but now I'm very satisfied with the speed of delivery and with the products themselves, which act perfectly on my skin and have a very nice scent.

Happy with the products but in my last order, I did not receive the right product.

I placed an order of about 100 euros on which it was notified that a goat's milk soap was to be offered. However, I did not receive this soap as a gift. I tried to make a claim and was asked to send the bar codes of the products I received as well as the label on the package. But my package had already been sent to the trash. So finally no way to get this famous soap. It's a pity, I'm a regular customer and satisfied with the products ...

The products have a very strong smell. Moreover, the soap dries my skin even more when it is already quite dry. I am not entirely satisfied with my order.

I received the package in 2 days, it's been a week I use the soap and the precious cream but I begin to have buttons that appear while at the base I have 1/2 a week so maybe on my skin it will not work,

The delivery went well but the products are excessively high for what it is. You can find the same thing in any organic store at half the price. I do not recommend the brand to my friends and family and I will not recommend your brand again.

This is not the first order, the soaps are top, on the other hand the products next to it, I like less, in addition products received with label unstuck from its bottle and all "fat".

Fast and efficient delivery but the glass containers are not practical. As soon as I received my moisturizer, it slipped out of my hands. The bottle burst into a thousand pieces, I put only one application.

I like the products in terms of smell and packaging. Unfortunately my skin seems too sensitive and the products dry my skin out a lot.

Hello I am disappointed because no box pin up secret as last year just a box knowing that the products are to offer! Too bad ! Last year the box was at the top.

I bought the secret makeup remover, the product is top but very painful to make leave the bottle, obliged to arrange me with the reversed not to galerer to have the product in my hands when one wants to use it, damage if not perfect

Some products arrived open and therefore sank in the package. The packaging soaked with product and a good part of the product lost.

Package with an open bottle of mist, so the whole box is soaked and they ask me for pictures even though everything is gone and I am a regular customer
