My order was stolen

I still haven't received my order as of today!!!

Tea tree oil smell is very present and does not suit my sensitive skin

Notice to asthmatic allergy sufferers. Do not use pin-up secret products. It is not written anywhere that their products contain essential oils. When I used the soap once my breathing stopped, I felt a burning in my throat and I said an asthma attack. I reported this to their customer service as I was asking for a refund as I feel that the consumer should be informed of the risks. I still bought 70 euros worth of products. They don't want to refund me, no commercial gesture on their part. When I told them that all the ingredients did not appear I did not get any answer from them. I am extremely disappointed and angry because too few people minimize allergies but in some cases it can end badly. I put one star to validate my review otherwise I would not have put any.

My order was not complete. But not having kept the box I could not send the photo requested so I paid an incomplete order

I received it much further than where I had specified. And I don't find my skin changing. Still my acne marks

15 days late and not even a commercial gesture

I ordered from this site because of an influencer "ad". It's not the first time I try to trust their products sales and I feel like it's the second time I've been tricked. Because my package worth 87€, was notified to me "delivered" when I obviously had. I'm still waiting for the investigation to be done, now we'll see how these things are managed...

An ordered product replaced by another, an after-sales service that offers no suitable solution very disappointed

Delivery and SAV at the top! On the other hand, I am very disappointed ... I bought a pack of 6 products! After 3 weeks, my skin is very damaged, stripped ... even drier than usual!

Do not accept their mistake and are not professional at all

I asked for delivery to my home and finally I got it in a post office (why I don't know) where I can go very rarely because it's far from my home and I don't have a car. But the product bought is top

The soap dries my skin and the cream does not moisturize. My skin is always tight

Very disappointed with the face peel which leaves a grainy veil on the face that is difficult to remove. I do not recommend this product and will never buy it again.

I still haven't received my package, no news from the customer service I contacted, the lady doesn't apologize for the delivery problem and asks me to wait, no goodbye or thank you.

Your products are good except that I had to pay 55.50€ of customs tax for 90€ of product I find it abusive

Very happy with the products but the delivery service is catastrophic on each order. Change of relay point without warning us with 20km difference between the two, change of delivery date without warning us. Complaint made to Colissimo and Pin-up Secret but no return 10 days later

In spite of my good faith on the fact of putting wrong in the composition of my set, I did not obtain an exchange of my product whereas I am customer since 3 years and that it never happened to me. Super bad after-sales service and absolutely not commercial!

I did not receive my package

Over the products, disgusted to have paid so much to end up with a skin all damaged (dry, tirallier, skin that peels) I returned to my basic products. I don't understand why it costs so much to end up with bad skin and some products burn the face.
