The packaging was deteriorated

After several weeks of use I am really disappointed, especially the soap that scours the skin, not at all suitable for sensitive skin!

I love the soap and I love the oil-free cream. The products are a bit expensive, so I can't buy the whole range, but I find the plastic box on sale a bit exaggerated for the price of the soap, so a cloth bag would be better and more eco-friendly!

My packages are never delivered to my house, I pay for the shipping and I have to go far away to get it

I am not satisfied at all. Pin-up secret to respect their sales charter but the worry is that the package never arrived. Still investigating with the post office as they are unable to get honest delivery people my package is described as delivered but it was not in the mailbox.

I received one product out of 2. I made a complaint 24 hours after I was asked for a photo of the packaging that I obviously put in the trash the day I opened the package, so in the end no refund, no new product that I obviously paid for.

Notice to asthmatic allergy sufferers. Do not use pin-up secret products. It is not written anywhere that their products contain essential oils. When I used the soap once my breathing stopped, I felt a burning in my throat and I said an asthma attack. I reported this to their customer service as I was asking for a refund as I feel that the consumer should be informed of the risks. I still bought 70 euros worth of products. They don't want to refund me, no commercial gesture on their part. When I told them that all the ingredients did not appear I did not get any answer from them. I am extremely disappointed and angry because too few people minimize allergies but in some cases it can end badly. I put one star to validate my review otherwise I would not have put any.
