Delayed shipping, poor customer service and no commercial gesture or refund of shipping costs.

Soap and cream very aggressive, my face became red as if it is stripped. Stop the massacre it's not this result I wanted. For the high price 2 uses

Hello, the soap that I received recently is not the same as those ordered previously. Indeed it does not make almost any mask effect and its texture is very liquid I do not understand. Usually a single application allowed to have the mask effect very quickly and there it is very liquid and it is darker than usual.
