The delivery was not at home although I had requested it

Disappointed I ordered two soaps one whole and the other cut in half.

My skin became super dry with the soap and the pin up cream I stopped using it I am disappointed

The jar of the body scrub leaked in the package and in the gift box afterwards. I would have preferred a closed jar

My order is missing a product. Package intact with warranty strip. Pin UP secret blames the post office ... Result I did not get my product! I contacted the customer service which is for me incompetent

Very disappointed following an error of delivered product (1 product ordered, I received another article) and with the SAV which resulted from it, no commercial gesture, to have to wait that the mark receives the returned product before sending me the good....
