Hello. I bought your soap and the prestigious cream for Christmas. When I use the soap as a mask, very quickly, I feel that it heats up and stings and I am red when I take it off. If I put the cream directly after, it stings horribly. I am therefore disappointed, I thought that these products were suitable for all types of skin but apparently not, I continue to use the soap but only as a soap and not as a mask but for the moment no change on my skin, still some imperfections, far from the promises announced!

I am disappointed with the products... After two uses of the soap and the oil-free cream, red and very dry patches appeared on my face...
