Package received in bad condition the cream was damaged

Products full of endocrine disruptors. To be avoided.

Package never received. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago to report it, I was simply told to "wait" without any compensation proposal ... !

When I went to the post office to pick up my package, they gave me another package with bottles of wine, mislabelled. A real circus

I ordered a boxed set for Christmas. My order arrived without the boxed set...the products were wrapped in bubble wrap one by one and put in the shipping box...it looks like a boxed set. I am disappointed with this order.

I am very disappointed that I did not receive my full order. I wanted to test your products for the first time and I am really confused.

The product I received does not correspond to my order. Please come back to me as soon as possible to find a solution (refund or return of the real product).

I have ordered gift boxes and have received them in a cardboard box. I am very much looking forward to the boxes for Christmas.

My opinion it's a shame I sent you an email you never answered me. you send a box without box the shame for me to offer the package without box just a cardboard box.

I ordered a gentle exfoliating treatment, which was open in the box, so the treatment had leaked into the box, not great.

It does not suit my skin at all, although it is recommended for acne-prone skin. After 3 days of use I got an inflammation on my face, blistered everywhere, I had to go to the doctor to get a cream and antihistamines.

Bad delivery service I ordered several times from you and I was never satisfied with the delivery except for one time before the first order where I was delivered to my home and the other times to relay points that I never asked for and the worst is the last order where they delivered me 35 minutes from my home a hibte of pkus when I contacted your service they told me that the delivery will be at my expense so I asked for the cancellation of my order

I did not receive the expected order. I had put together a box myself with a goat's milk, an oil-free cream and a smooth cream. I received two goat's milk soaps & a goat's milk scrub. I hope my order will be rectified.

The soap and cream burns the skin and the peeling is useless as soon as you spread it, it already makes clumps in your fingers.

Catastrophic! I don't recommend it at all! I still haven't received my package after 15 days of ordering. The delivery tracking indicates that the delivery man came but that I was absent. But I was at home at the time indicated, no delivery man showed up, no notice was left in my mailbox. Pinup asks me to pay a second time my shipping costs if I want to receive my package! I am still waiting for a refund for my undelivered order. First disastrous experience. I will not recommend this site again.

Did not receive the products ordered and had a hard time getting the right products

The oil-free cream contains 3 endocrine disruptors which makes it very harmful.

The payment was taken from me twice.

I did not receive my order which should have been delivered on 28.10.21 and I am asked to wait until 21 November to receive a replacement package.

I'm a very lucky man. I've never had a problem with my hair, but I'm sure it will be fine.
