Very bad experience because I never received my package. Colissimo is very bad in delivery my package appears given in the box I did the tour of my neighbors and I never received it. I have complained to the post office but no one cares. It's the postman's word and I have no recourse and I paid for a care that I never received. I am disgusted

I ordered a boxed set for Christmas. My order arrived without the boxed set...the products were wrapped in bubble wrap one by one and put in the shipping box...it looks like a boxed set. I am disappointed with this order.

I ordered a gentle exfoliating treatment, which was open in the box, so the treatment had leaked into the box, not great.

It does not suit my skin at all, although it is recommended for acne-prone skin. After 3 days of use I got an inflammation on my face, blistered everywhere, I had to go to the doctor to get a cream and antihistamines.

I did not receive the expected order. I had put together a box myself with a goat's milk, an oil-free cream and a smooth cream. I received two goat's milk soaps & a goat's milk scrub. I hope my order will be rectified.

The soap and cream burns the skin and the peeling is useless as soon as you spread it, it already makes clumps in your fingers.

Ultra drying soap irritating I had more pimples/dry patches than new acne pimples and god knows I don't have fragile skin. 26€ in the trash! Disappointing! I'm sorry, I don't like to put negative comments in general, but this one seemed necessary
