Very disappointed! The packaging is "chtip", and the product purchased is also of very poor quality. I let myself use it twice: it linted without even letting the product work, and stayed on the down. I will even throw it away: disappointed disappointed! Disappointed. Price paid high for having a drier skin than before despite the rich cream, and the soap that just fulfills its role as soap. The smell is quite strong and not very pleasant for me. I will not recommend.

I'm really sorry I bought it because I think it doesn't work for everyone and I didn't think this soap was a miracle. It's not that at all, it dries the skin too much and even if I moisturize my skin is still dry.

There was an error in a product delivered (wrong fragrance) and the solution they offered me was to reorder with a 40% discount knowing that I already had this discount when I ordered. Therefore, if there is a delivery error, the customer must keep the product even if it is not the one ordered. This is unacceptable.
