It's been over a week since I ordered and so far I haven't received my order and I'm not getting any updates on the delivery status. I am very disappointed!

Catastrophic! I don't recommend it at all! I still haven't received my package after 15 days of ordering. The delivery tracking indicates that the delivery man came but that I was absent. But I was at home at the time indicated, no delivery man showed up, no notice was left in my mailbox. Pinup asks me to pay a second time my shipping costs if I want to receive my package! I am still waiting for a refund for my undelivered order. First disastrous experience. I will not recommend this site again.

Did not receive the products ordered and had a hard time getting the right products

The oil-free cream contains 3 endocrine disruptors which makes it very harmful.

The payment was taken from me twice.

I did not receive my order which should have been delivered on 28.10.21 and I am asked to wait until 21 November to receive a replacement package.

I'm a very lucky man. I've never had a problem with my hair, but I'm sure it will be fine.

Disappointed the delivery time was not respected and when the package was no message indicating that my package was available

I haven't tested the products yet, but the delivery packaging is not great at all!

I am used to ordering on pin up secret because the products are top! However my order did not go well at all long account to be debited but my order was not validated so I had to relaunch the customer service several times to end that the problem is settled without having any commercial gesture from them c disappointing.

I scanned the product with Yuka results 0%,!!! I let you imagine my disappointment 😞 I would have preferred not to put any stars!

I am disappointed I received a peel instead of a day cream. I was not offered an exchange but a 50% off coupon code which I am still waiting for

Very poor quality product, dry, irritated skin. I do not recommend it at all!

Product not received Empty parcel upon receipt

I order the same soap every month and twice the delivery time was delayed because of "a technical problem".

I noticed that when there is 40% off when you order you always receive yellow soaps and they don't have the same smell as usual so I was disappointed. Am I the only one in this case? !!!!!

Opinion: I have not yet tested the product, but I am not at all satisfied with the time of receipt and tracking.order placed on Friday evening mail on Monday to confirm the shipment then .... nothing!And if I had not re-launched the customer service I wonder if they would have one day entrusted to the Post Office! So very disappointed because in view of the amount of costs for a soap received in a vulgar bubble envelope I find it abused.

The pump of the cream does not work it is not practical to take the product with a stick. Disappointed for my first purchase.

I am extremely disappointed by this site which still has not delivered my order.

Good product but huge delivery problem. My goat's milk soap was all crushed and melted, and the package was already half open.

Since I've been using goat's milk soap, I've had more and more pimples coming out

I don't like the perfume

I received my package (oil free cream + goat milk soap) but the package was damaged. Inside, the container of the cream was cracked, so there was some outside. (So unusable) I contacted the after sales service but no answer since. I am disappointed for such a brand, with such expensive products.

Badly cut, leaves "traces" so impossible to put on a dress or trousers close to the body....

Soap that dries out the skin too much my daughter used it for 2 days resulting in huge patches on the face and neck forced to go to the dermatologist and treatment for a good month I absolutely do not recommend

Delivery time too long

Disappointed! DO NOT BUY when you live in the DOM TOM, the site does not remove the vat of metropolitan France. Your parcel arrives and you have to pay the vat of your department. Result: payment VAT x2 The best is that the site refuses you the refund of the vat under the pretext that it is a customs fee. A total lack of professionalism and I consider this as theft !!!!!!!

I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I will recommend your site to my friends and family.

Very disappointed, I have a skin with imperfections (pimples) but by using the soap and the cream without oil the result is worse, the soap dries the skin and small pimples appear. The only positive point is that the skin is soft after the cream. I wanted to wait until my skin rejects the toxins and gets used to it but no, this product is unusable and far too expensive. I do not recommend it for blemishes.

I ordered the cleansing care and the soap with goat's milk, I am disappointed by the 2 products. The cleansing care does not eliminate any blackheads or other impurities and leaves a greasy film on the skin. As for the soap, it dries the skin to the point of causing dryness and lots of little scabs on the surface...moreover, I have the impression that the 2 products caused me to have an eruption of little pimples...I was very disappointed, but I was confident, given the prices and the advertising on these products, that I was buying quality products and getting satisfactory results... and it's the opposite... if I had known, I wouldn't have spent so much money and I would have continued to use basic or organic products, as I've always done!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, delivery guaranteed between 48 and 72 hours, I still have not received anything.
