Very satisfied as usual with my purchase.
Online shopping was convenient; ultra-fast delivery (by Chronofresh). 2 healthy truffles weighing 50g very well packaged; and 2 jars. I benefited from free shipping for orders over 70€. Good aroma of the product. I am very satisfied.

Truffle lover, rarely enchanted (in France) perhaps due to our geographical situation, too distant to taste freshly picked. We were well advised over 15 years ago at the Ponselet market in Paris 17th. The other times we enjoyed good truffles were from Parma in Italy and Croatia. So we are frank, we did not want to spend so much to be disappointed. It is our son, a chef at various good addresses, who recommended your address to us. The quality was not there for the last order. Apparently, the truffles had been left in stock. The whole batch was very dry and tasteless. One of them even developed a layer of mold the day after delivery.

We want to clarify that our truffles are harvested, prepared, and shipped fresh, and are not stored for long periods. Since truffles are a natural and living product, their evolution can, however, be rapid depending on their stage of maturity and the storage conditions after receipt.
Regarding the whitish film that appeared the day after, it is important that we can precisely analyze the situation.

Really very disappointing for the price, in taste it is practically impossible to guess that they are truffles. Despite a price of around 1300€ per kg delivered to the house!

Our black truffles from Périgord are harvested, prepared, and shipped fresh, then selected and controlled with care in our workshops. An abnormal smell does not correspond to the expected characteristics, and it is important that we can precisely analyze the situation.

Well packaged and delivered on time, well protected. I regret that TWO JARS of the same product are not airtight and that the very strong smell of the truffle diffuses throughout the cupboard, and even beyond, even when putting the jars in another Tupperware-type box. This has never happened to me and it is not pleasant, nor for the persistent smell (a house scented with truffle why not but it is not my choice). There has clearly been a problem... I was waiting thinking it might be the transport, or other products that had touched in the factory, I cleaned the outside of the jars but nothing to do.

Our containers are normally designed to be perfectly airtight, and the situation you describe does not correspond to our usual standards. As truffles are naturally very fragrant, an odor diffusion can be accentuated in case of a lack of airtightness.

The product is okay, the delivery time is also fine, but the final delivery by the parcel delivery service, DPD, was unacceptable. There was no delivery attempt, the package was immediately deposited at a pickup point that has very limited opening hours. I struggled to get the package there. Fast and efficient service
Product "carpaccio...." discovered through a gift box. Now, it's me who offers it! Fabulous. The jar of dried mushrooms is also very good.
The truffles have little taste. We do not even know the origin of said truffles. Great disappointment.
