A bit, when buying I sincerely thought there were several per lot, and there was only one and it is quite shiny, it would be good to specify (but I may have read it wrong..) well it’s not dramatic

Our truffles are indeed offered by weight and not by the number of pieces. Depending on their size and ripeness, a lot may contain one or several truffles. The shiny appearance you mention is quite normal and related to the natural freshness of the product.
Your comment about the clarity of the information is however relevant. Even though these elements are indicated on the product sheet, your message invites us to think about an even more explicit presentation to avoid any confusion during the purchase.

I received a gift box with products that expire a week later! (a concern for a holiday gift), I received no apology in return and had to wait before receiving the return label I requested for an exchange. I am disappointed with the company.

Disappointed by the weight (14g instead of 15g) at the price per kilo, it's not nothing and especially a moldy part. These two points are normal for you. Disappointed!
